Perfectionist Knitting

It's a no-knitting day. I tried this, then this, then this, then this. Tried watching a DVD of Gilmore Girls, then tried listening to a recording of an Elizabeth Peters novel. Knitting and control do not go together. You just can't know what the result will be. You can't guarantee that the size that you need is the size that you'll knit. You can't be assured that you will love the result of all of this time and work invested. Control and knitting do not go together. The result of perectionist knitting is no knitting at all.

Gonna watch a sopa opera, run some errands, and have dinner with friends.
